I think that it's safe to say that the girls usually run every chance they get. It has to be buillt into the child's brain. Every cell in my body wants to yell, "Walk, please...don't fall!" I think that is built into every mother's brain.
She was running to see her sister. More from the pumpkin patch here. Run over to see more of Thursday's Theme Walk at Picture This.

Cute picture
Really great!
Ah Melody...is that cheating a bit? Run on a Walk day? haha
Always lovely to see that little face so full of enthusiasm and on the run to see her lovely sister. Great family memory.
Thanks for your comments over at my place recently. I've been struggling a bit and its always encouraging to hear from you!
Gosh, what a gorgeous area. I want to go to that pumpkin patch place! So sweet.
What a pretty place. Love the pumpkin patch photos, and love the cute little brown eyelet dress that she's wearing, and oh, those boots, too cute, she's a fashion diva!!!!LOL
Wonderful photo! All kids seem to want to run instead of walk. I think it's ingrained in them.
You're right, I think kids are preprogrammed to run every where!
This is beautiful in all ways. Love the background and just everything.
What a beautiful shot, the sunlight on the water is breathtaking. I often wonder how kids have so much energy!
Love that shot! My 4 year old never walks ANYWHERE.
That's a great shot! And I have to agree with everyone else - what beautiful scenery!
Cute! Our little ones are the same way...it is quite exhausting. :)
Our visit to the pumpkin patch will be in long sleeve shirts, jackets and pants...not a sundress. ;)
Love this "walk". :) It takes a child's enthusiasm to run for the sake of running. :)
