I used Photoshop. Cut and pasted the front flowers, then added the text to another layer.

Ooooohhh! Aaaaaahhh! Very, very pretty. that's fancy. Guess I should read the book Animesh got me (Photoshopt for Dummies--no I'm not kidding) so I can figure out how to do that cool stuff.
